I would like to change my order. What should I do?

We're sorry you didn't like your purchased product. But, sure, you can have it exchanged within 2 weeks from the date of your order confirmation email!

 

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. We only exchange orders purchased at www.bnyjns.com. Otherwise, please message or go to the BNY store you transacted to or message BNY Official Facebook Page @bnyjeansph for assistance.

2. We're sorry, but we have the right to deny the exchange of damaged products. So please make sure the product is smooth and unscathed before shipping it back to us. Thanks!

3. Shipping fee (back and forth) will be shouldered by the customer.

 

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY ABOVE. HOW CAN I PUSH THROUGH WITH MY EXCHANGE REQUEST?

1. Message us at the BNY Official Facebook Page @bnyjeansph or email us at bnyhipshop@gmail.com. State your order ID, name, the merch you wish to replace, and the merch you want to replace it with (product, size, & color).

2. Ship the merch to Jo at 410 Quirino Highway Brgy. Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City +639760481382 from Mondays to Fridays only. Please don't ship on weekends.

3. Kindly follow us up when you have shipped it already so we can prepare the replacement. Shipping rates back to you will be P32 for Metro Manila/NCR, P120 for Luzon (outside NCR), and P150 for Visayas and Mindanao areas. Shipping will take 3-5 days within NCR and 5-7 days outside NCR.
